This type of visa is for those foreign citizens who are going to visit Russia with business purpose. This visa gives opportunity for foreign citizen to visit up to five cities of Russia. One needs to fill the special application form and also to send the copy of passport by fax or by e-mail. After getting of special invitation for the foreign citizen the invited organization have to send it by e-mail or by fax. If it is necessary – possible to send the invitation by special express-post service (additional price) to any country of the world.
The time for getting of this business invitation – 1,5 months

On arrival to Russia
To enter Russia the foreign citizen must have valid visa, crossing the border – the migration service must put special mark to your visa. All foreigners have to get special migratory card.
Migratory card – little blank divided into two parts, contains such information as: name, surname, date of birth, number of passport, nationality, dates of staying in Russia. You have to fill both parts. One part you will leave on the entry to Russia, and another one must be stamped at the hotel and then on the departure will be given to migration service.
Due to the Russia laws every foreign citizen must register its visa (if he stays on the territory of Russian Federation more than three days). This registration can be done in any hotel or by invited organization.
This registration is very important. If the foreigner will not register – then he has to pay the penalty 2000 roubles and it will be great problem with migration service on the board of Russian Federation.
The hotel can register the visa but only for the duration of staying at the hotel.
